I can’t imagine the packing was very good , very well sealed and all scooter components well protected. It is easy to assemble. It’s suitable for adults and big children. My 12 year old son loved it. The bakes are great, it’s easy to use and stop. It has three speeds and easy to control. my son usually use speed one, I always use speed 2. It’s not very heavy, and it is simple to fold and put it into the car. The basket on the back is very convenient for me to go to the market and buy some things. I highly recommend.

Came right on time, easy set up - took maybe 15 minutes! Can fold down for easy storage. Zips around town and is a lot of fun. Basket is very practical (most don’t have this!). Easy to charge, store, ride, set up, all the above!

It is easy to set them up. The battery last long enough for my daily use. It also allows me to carry some item with the back basket. Very convenient. It only takes a little space at home. The frame feels sturdy and the seat is comfortable.

I am 63 years old and wanted to be out doors. This scooter is just what I needed! Easy to assemble - just pull up the handle bars and click into place. Basket on the back came with everything needed to screw it on. Took me about 10 minutes. Dropped in the adjustable seat and 1 click set up. 3 speed settings. I drove it on ECO for awhile to get used to it and make sure my balance was good. Goes up to 15 MPH. I have driven it all over my neighborhood. I recommend this to all ages!

These scooters are a family favorite! They're quick, hold a charge well, and are a blast to ride with my 5-year-old. With a super handy rear basket, I could make my shopping a breeze, it is super perfect for running errands!
