This is my first electric scooter and I'm very happy with my purchase so far. It was delivered within 2 days prime and had 30 days return guarantee that I liked when compared to other similar prices scooters. Assembly was a breeze with only handles to be connected to frame with 4 small screws. My daughter put it into extensive use and she's very happy with performance and range. I tried it out also and can confirm that it can handle 220 lbs male reasonably well. Gets up to cruising speed fast and feels sturdy. Of course with my weight, the ride is not super smooth on rough NYC sidewalks, but that's expected.

I am pleased to say that I have contacted customer care, and they have responded with great timing and attention to my concerns.

My first concerns was the front hub giving off rubbing sounds intermittently , for which I provided video.
I forwarded them recorded data(scooter mobile app) for my battery capacity and length of trips.

My clip came undone from the base. These could happen on any well made item.

They did not hesitate and have shipped a replacement scooter. I could not be more pleased with the ease in which we found a working resolution. Isn’t that a part of what every after purchase customer care should contain.

To recap:
I was pleased with the speeds the scooter is able to reach.
The portability is excellent, I’m able to commute on train and bus with ease.

I have no doubt that I get more miles between charges with the replacement scooter.
Side note, the headlamp and tail light are powerful and safe

Any hill that I’ve encountered have been no challenged .

The hovsco e scooter is worth your money for it’s price point

I got this product last week and played it for a couple of days before writing this review.

First, this hovsco escooter is very easy to assemble. Only 4 screws to put everything together and the screwdriver is provided. I have a power drill that made the assembling much easier. It took less than 10 minutes to set up.

The build quality is really nice, you can feel it's well-built and solid by touching it. The attention to detail is excellent too. headlights and tail lights are added, making it much safer to ride while dark.

I'm new to the scooter world but I have to say it took almost no effort to learn how to ride it. Everything is designed so intuitive that I started enjoy the riding within 10 minutes of first using it. The scooter is powerful, accelerates quickly and can run really fast.

The range is also impressive, charging is fast too.

I haven’t run into any problems in the last few days of heavy use.

All-in-all, this thing is just what I was looking for. Very satisfied with my first scooter and I’m glad I made the decision to buy it, plus there was a big deal on this, BUY IT.

Such a good budget scooter, I bought it to pick up my son from school since I take his scooter to ride it back and wow very surprised on how smooth the ride was and how quick I got there. Range is good haven’t fully tested it to its full capacity but seems great. Super light weight and power on it is great. Batter life seems amazing haven’t charged it once. And shock absorption is good can’t complain. My neighbor ended up buying one just because is such a great scooter that won’t break your bank.

Received the item in great condition, assembly and set up is super easy with provided tool and hardware. On the 1PLUS Ride quality is excellent. Great power and long charge life on varying grades of asphalt with a smooth ride. The 10 inch solid tires make a BIG difference in ride quality. Grips and control surfaces are well placed and comfortable to use. Electronics work flawlessly. Very satisfied. Fully recommend this product.

I love this scooter! It seems really well built. Great speed and range. My only problems are that the brakes seem really touchy (but you can get used to it) and the app doesn't work at all! Hopefully the developer will fix that. Otherwise, great fun and worth the money!

So far I love this bike very fast and powerful!

I've had this bike for about two weeks now and it's a blast to ride!! As soon as it arrived, which was within a week of ordering it. It was easy to assemble, and came with all the parts and nothing broken which was awesome. Takes about 4-6 hours to get a full charge on the battery. I can ride it with the peddle assist on make it around 50miles round trip before the battery has depleted. Overall I would say it's an excellent bike and constructed very well. Also a pretty comfortable ride and can get up to speeds of around 28 mph. I just ordered a new seat because the seat was just ok but for longer rides it hurts my Buttocks! 5 STARS

I got this for my Husbands Birthday a couple of weeks ago & he loves it it was easy to put together & didn't take him long the instructions were very easy to follow he has gotten so many complements on this bike I plan to get me one in a couple of months when he gets off of the Bike to let me learn how to operate it.

Great bike, great pricing. I love the speed and response of the throttle. I've tested the bike on hills, trails and beach and it handled everything with ease.

I am so happy with this bike. I wanted a bike feel and it gave me just that! The transitions between assists are so smooth. The battery is so stable, I think I did 10 miles and it didn’t even go down 100% using level assist 1. The bike is sturdy, it looks great, and the suspension really helps! Will buy from Hovsco again if it lasts and will certainly recommend it to friends!
