HOVSCO™ Felicity 10" Folding Electric Scooter For Adult

This is my first electric scooter and I'm very happy with my purchase so far. It was delivered within 2 days prime and had 30 days return guarantee that I liked when compared to other similar prices scooters. Assembly was a breeze with only handles to be connected to frame with 4 small screws. My daughter put it into extensive use and she's very happy with performance and range. I tried it out also and can confirm that it can handle 220 lbs male reasonably well. Gets up to cruising speed fast and feels sturdy. Of course with my weight, the ride is not super smooth on rough NYC sidewalks, but that's expected.

I am pleased to say that I have contacted customer care, and they have responded with great timing and attention to my concerns.

My first concerns was the front hub giving off rubbing sounds intermittently , for which I provided video.
I forwarded them recorded data(scooter mobile app) for my battery capacity and length of trips.

My clip came undone from the base. These could happen on any well made item.

They did not hesitate and have shipped a replacement scooter. I could not be more pleased with the ease in which we found a working resolution. Isn’t that a part of what every after purchase customer care should contain.

To recap:
I was pleased with the speeds the scooter is able to reach.
The portability is excellent, I’m able to commute on train and bus with ease.

I have no doubt that I get more miles between charges with the replacement scooter.
Side note, the headlamp and tail light are powerful and safe

Any hill that I’ve encountered have been no challenged .

The hovsco e scooter is worth your money for it’s price point

Got this for getting around my college campus works great can handle the poor road quality just fine it’s no magic carpet or anything but the little bit of suspension in the rear helps with the bigger cracks and going off curbs. If your a heavy you person I would look for something more heavy duty because the rear wheel on this is all plastic and the tires are solid so you would be putting a lot of stress on it. I only weigh about 140lbs so it handles me no problem but most people I meet are heavier than I am. I would say like 180-190lbs max is a safe bet for it. The acceleration is pretty good a lot better then I was expecting for $270, Again keep in mind my weight being below average your experience may vary. Hills are still a bit of a challenge gets you going just not fast. Battery life hasn’t been an issue I seen alot of negative reviews about the battery life but I think if you follow best practices for a lithium battery and don’t get on it right out the box and run it dead you should be fine, keep the charger on you so you can top it up at your destination if your worried about it but I can go all over campus on 1/3 of the battery. Fit and finish is good better then expected no rattles or squeaks, everything is tight and feels quality and I like that all the screws actually have blue loc tite on them. After a week of mind numbing shopping, I picked this one because it had way more real customer reviews and more positive reviews then any of its competitors in this price bracket and they have replacement parts as well as repair tutorials on YT. I’ll see how long it last and if I have any issues soon I will update this review, if I don’t assume it’s still taking me to class everyday.

I got this product last week and played it for a couple of days before writing this review.

First, this hovsco escooter is very easy to assemble. Only 4 screws to put everything together and the screwdriver is provided. I have a power drill that made the assembling much easier. It took less than 10 minutes to set up.

The build quality is really nice, you can feel it's well-built and solid by touching it. The attention to detail is excellent too. headlights and tail lights are added, making it much safer to ride while dark.

I'm new to the scooter world but I have to say it took almost no effort to learn how to ride it. Everything is designed so intuitive that I started enjoy the riding within 10 minutes of first using it. The scooter is powerful, accelerates quickly and can run really fast.

The range is also impressive, charging is fast too.

I haven’t run into any problems in the last few days of heavy use.

All-in-all, this thing is just what I was looking for. Very satisfied with my first scooter and I’m glad I made the decision to buy it, plus there was a big deal on this, BUY IT.

It says disappointed at the top but that should not be there. I did have a bit of a hiccup in the beginning but it has been rectified. This scooter is sturdy, fun and very fast with the turbo button. Standard scooters are 10 to 15 mph. This one gets you to 25 to 27 mph. I wear a helmet with this one and recommend you do as well. 10 mph difference is significant when you are standing. Automatic cruise controlis awesome. When you hear a beep, let go of the throttle and glide. It gets alot of attention too so get a sturdy lock as well. In sum, it's smooth riding, fast, fun and more than you expected it to be. Definitely worth the price.
