Rest assured that we will prioritize your inquiries and work diligently to provide you with the necessary clarification and resolution as quickly as possible. Note: Sales tax will be collected on all orders and will include state and municipal taxes as applicable.

Kindly note that if you pay by credit card, your payment could somehow be denied at the checkout by our system in defense against possible credit card fraud. It's a good idea to call your credit card company or bank ahead of time to let them know about the purchase so that it doesn't get declined.

Here are solutions for you in such a situation:

1. If you have a PayPal account, please use it to pay.

2. If you don't have a PayPal account, select PayPal still at the checkout page & click complete order. Afterward, you'll be directed to a page with options for PayPal and Debit/Credit card payments (for the latter option, you don't need to register with PayPal).

3. Please switch to your other credit/debit cards.

Step 2. Click on "Next".

Step 3. Fill in your credit/debit card info and complete your order.

How to place an order:

Step 2: Fill in your address, contact information.

Step 3: Double check your address and contact information, continue to payment. (You can enter the discount code to apply the discount at the red circle).Note: If you got a code from YouTuber or another website, the discount code has a validity period, usually one month. If your coupon code does not work, it is most likely to be out of date or can't be combined with this item. Kindly please use the coupon within the period of time and compatible coupon for its use.

Pay with credit/debit card

Our online store in the US supports credit/debit card issued by American Express, Google Pay, Discover, Diners Club, Master Card, Venmo, and Visa. When you decide to pay with a credit/debit card, you need the following information to proceed with the secure payment: the name on the card, the card number, the month and year when the card expires, and the digital security code.

Please notice that Hovsco ebike does not save your credit/debit card number and personal information entered into the payment field when you proceed with a payment. For questions about the transactions on your bank card, please contact the bank that issued your credit/debit card.

Colorado Electric Bike Rebate Policy

Denver

The City of Denver offers a $500 rebate to anyone who purchases an electric bicycle. This is on top of federal tax credits, which can total up to 35 percent of your purchase price. So if you buy an e-bike anyway, you may as well take advantage of these incentives. People who ride their e-bikes are often healthier, happier, and more productive at work. One study found that commuting via bike leads to better cognitive function than commuting by car or public transportation. Denver is launching an electric bike rebate program to encourage more people to replace car trips with bike rides.

Vermont Electric Bike Rebate Policy

Statewide

The State of Vermont is offering rebates of up to $400 on new ebikes intended to be used to reduce auto miles, with the rebate amount dependent on your household's adjusted gross income. A rebate application may be submitted within 60 days of purchase along with your proof of purchase and Consumer Attestation Form . You'll receive your rebate check in the mail 6-8 weeks after approval. Limited funding is available for this program, so act quickly!

Contra Costa County

For new electric bikes purchased from Contra Costa County, residents are eligible for a $150 rebate, or $300 if income-qualified. Purchase receipts and other details must be submitted within six months.
