2.If I buy it now, how many days will I receive it?
Under normal circumstances, it can be delivered within 5-7 working days (except for remote areas).
3.What courier do you use for deliveries?
Generally use UPS or FedEx, if you have other designated carriers, you can contact us.
4.Do I need to pay for shipping?
No, we are free of shipping in the US.
5.Can I track my item?
After the order is sent, the email will automatically send the tracking number to you, and you can use this tracking number to view the logistics information. If you cannot receive the email, please contact us as soon as possible and we will track the logistics information for you.
6.If I don’t want it after I receive it, Can I return the goods?

7.Can it be shipped anywhere in the United States?
In North America, we deliver to Continental United States. Please note we may not be able to ship to certain remote/isolated areas of these regions. If this is the case, we will contact you for alternative solutions. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes.
8.Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will be collected on all orders and will include state and municipal taxes as applicable.
E-Bikes
9.How quickly can it be assembled?
HOVSCO e-bikes can be assembled in 45–60 minutes.
10.Can the removable battery be secured and locked on the bike?
Yes. With a lock and key, that is possible. Unlock the battery and take it on the go. Charge it in the office or at home.
11.Can I use it during rainy days?
Yes, our ebikes are IP4 waterproof. You can ride our HOVSCO bikes in the rain or through a puddle. Do take note that we do not recommend riding during heavy rain due to safety reasons. Also, do not use high-pressured jets to clean the bike. This is to avoid damaging the electrical components.
12.Does it include a throttle?
Yes, a throttle is included and installed.
13.What riding modes do the e-bike have?
There are four riding modes:Pedal Assist Mode: Use the display to adjust the assist level from 0-5 to meet your needs.
Thumb Throttle Mode: Use the thumb throttle to accelerate your bike freely.
Normal Mode: Set the assist level to 0 and pedal like a normal bike.
Walking Mode: Press and hold the minus button for three seconds to enter " walking mode", the ebike will travel at 4.83-6.44 km/h ( 3-4 MPH ) without pushing by man power, making it easy to be moved on challenging terrains (e.g. narrow trails and very steep hills).
14.How do you charge the E-bike?
You may charge the bike directly through the included power cable or remove the battery and take it home to charge.
15.Would I have to inflate the tires before my first ride?
Yes. As the bikes have been stored, it will be advisable to inflate to your desired hardness.
16.Do I need any special tools to assemble the bike or does it come with everything I need?
Yes. The package comes with the necessary tools to assemble the bike. It will be effortless and straightforward.
